On paying your deposit and booking with me you are agreeing to the following terms:

A £50 non-refundable deposit is to be paid in advance to secure your chosen date. This is not redeemable against your trial, but will be subtracted from your final balance. This will guarantee my availability and secure your booking.

Trial payment is due by the eve of your trial. Trials may be subject to a £15 surcharge on weekends due to high demand.
Once the trial is successfully completed you are required to pay 50% of your total within the following 48 hours. This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due by 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Full one off payment is also accepted post trial.

Trials take place at my home in Hastings. If you are unhappy with your trial you are not obligated to continue with your booking however any payments already made will not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking after the first 50% has been paid then you will not receive a refund.
If you cancel your booking during the 2 week period before your wedding, after having paid the full amount, you will not receive a refund.

You may add on extra party members at any point prior to the eve of your booking, payment for this can either be transferred before the day or paid on the day, however payment must be made before I start.
Once you have paid 50% of your total you may not subtract numbers from your booking.

During peak season  (Saturdays May to September, National Holidays/Bank holidays) there is a minimum booking fee of £300

For other bookings (special occasions, proms, parties, photo-shoots, etc) 50% of the total balance is to be paid upon booking, this is nonrefundable and secures your booking.
The remaining 50% is to be paid up to two weeks before the appointment. Once all payments have been made they are nonrefundable.

20 miles worth of travel from TN34 2EZ are included in your price, once this limit is reached there is an additional surcharge of 50p per mile.
Any extra parking cost will also be billed.

In the very unlikely case that I can’t make the appointment you will receive a full refund and I will try to find a replacement makeup artist.

Coronavirus policy:

I intend to honour all my bookings unless we are ordered into a government official lockdown. If this situation should arise when you are booked then you will receive a full refund. However if you should cancel your booking of your own volition then my usual cancellation policy still stands and you won't receive a refund. 

I have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of my clients, myself and the hygiene of my kit. Including continual and regular sterilisation of my kit and tools and frequent hand washing, and face masks for myself while I do your makeup. 
As a makeup artist hygiene is always of the upmost importance however I intend to take extra measures during this time.
